RETURN POLICY

Getting a return approved at the site isn’t automatic—you’ll need to reach out and get confirmation from us before sending anything back. The window for starting this process is short: you must initiate your return within a few days of the delivery day. Once that time passes, we’re unable to accept the item back.

Before You Ship Anything Back

Every return requires prior approval from our team. Don’t just mail the product to us; contact us first. When you do ship, the package must be sent postpaid, meaning you cover the return postage. The item itself needs to arrive in its original condition, with all the original parts and packaging included. If it doesn’t, we won’t be able to process the return.

When the Size Isn’t Right

Choosing to return something because the fit isn’t what you expected comes with specific shipping costs. In this scenario, you’re responsible for both the initial courier fee we paid to get the order to you and the courier fee for sending it back. If you’re looking to exchange for a different size, that only happens after we’ve received the original product and you’ve covered the cost to ship the replacement out again.

If Your Order Shows as Delivered but Isn’t There

We don’t take responsibility for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered to the address you entered, but which are later lost or stolen. If you find yourself in this situation, let us know and we’ll provide the tracking information so you can take it up directly with the carrier to investigate.

When We Cannot Offer a Refund or Reshipment

There are circumstances where a refund or a new shipment simply isn’t possible. This applies when an order fails to reach you due to factors within your control—a common example is providing an incorrect shipping address. It also applies when the failure is caused by exceptional events outside our control, such as a package being held up and not cleared by customs, or a delay caused by a natural disaster.

How Refunds Are Calculated

One final point on the money side: if your original order qualified for free shipping and you later decide to return it, the cost of that outbound shipping isn’t something we absorb. A shipping fee will be taken out of the refund you receive.
